As an LPL Registered Principal, my client commitment to service grows to offer enhanced service through a team-based methodology. As the founder of Carter Financial Management, LLC (CFM) in 1991, I sought out to build an independent financial services firm that could truly offer a customizable experience to each and every client. Through LPL Financial, I seek to take that vision of independent, customized financial planning and build in an even greater level of service and interaction with my clients.

As an experienced investment manager, my initial development prior to CFM included eight years of securities and insurance management with a major national savings bank.

I received a B.S. in Finance from Florida Southern and am a FINRA Registered Securities Principal and Investment Advisor Representative. 

My wife Laura and I reside in Orchard Park with our four children, and have made it our home for over thirty years.
