As a partner of ClearPlan Financial, Inc., my client committment to service grows to offer enhanced service through a team-based methodology. As the founder of Carter Financial Management, LLC in 1991, I sought out to build an independent financial services firm that could truly offer a customizable experience to each and every client. Through ClearPlan Financial, Inc., I seek to take that vision of independent, customized financial planning and build in an even greater level of service and interaction with my clients.
As an experienced investment manager, my initial development prior to CFM included eight years of securities and insurance management with a major national savings bank.
I received a B.S. in Finance from Florida Southern; am a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), FINRA Registered Securities Principal and Investment Advisor Representative. As an active member of the Financial Planning Association, I am proud to have served on the Board of Directors for several terms.
My wife Laura and I reside in Orchard Park with our four children, and have made it our home for over thirty years.
As a CFP®, I may be compensated by commission and fees.
